Save the Date for Basic Ag for Conservationist Training

Join UW-Madison Division of Extension and Wisconsin Land and Water to better understand the basics of agriculture through a multi-component course taught by experienced local, state, and federal conservationists.  The course will feature both classroom and field sessions.  This training is intended to provide conservation professionals with the necessary basic farming knowledge to better work alongside agricultural communities to implement conservation practices for improved land management.

Part 1:  
Classroom training will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2019

9:00AM-4:00PM; Check in begins at 8:45AM
Registration deadline is Thursday, August 1, 2019

Part 2:  
Field training and tour will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2019
