Course Description:
This two-hour, intermediate-level seminar will provide a basic introduction to hoop house production systems for agency staff involved in approving cost sharing for systems, evaluating proposals and assisting landowners in determining if a hoop house is a viable option.
Topics to be covered include:
- site selection
- introduction to operations
- crops that can be produced
- common pitfalls to avoid.
This seminar will be offered as both a live classroom session and as a webinar. Make sure you register for the proper section.
