Sinkholes, Karst, and Groundwater Workshop

Course Description:

The St. Croix County Community Development Department and St. Croix County UW-Extension are hosting a Sinkholes, Karst, and Groundwater Workshop overviewing their influence on agriculture and the environment in St. Croix County. The event is Tuesday July 17th at the American Legion in Baldwin Wisconsin.

Please join us to gain a better understanding of the geology of northwestern Wisconsin and how geology influences groundwater contamination risk. We will take the discussion to the field to visit a local quarry featuring common karst features of northwest Wisconsin.
